The staff were really good and pleasant, and the services were helpful! Got the same modest and new-fashioned room with a view of canalside booked online, greatly enjoyed that. It had a safe box, TV set, and a microwave oven.

We loved the place and particularly nice breakfast in it.

The room was nicely decorated and brand-new with wonderful views, a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making equipment. The hotel's location was nice, adjacent to the First Niagara Center and both Canalside and a suburb 20 minutes away. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Tim Hortons to relax and grab some food.

The hotel was in a great and perfect position short walk to the waterfront and the many fun things to do there, the ballpark, the light rail station and to Navy Park, and several historic sites and museums.

This location was exceptionally nice and amazing, close enough to close to the river for walking, the KeyBank Center and Canalside, which is the up and coming area of Buffalo. And it's not too far away from Milo's, ate there once or twice.

The hotel staff was extremely slow.

Location: the venue was just next door to the Niagara center as well as the train station. After long day I visited Panorama on Seven for a couple of drinks.

It had great and absolutely perfect location within walking distance of First Niagara Center. We where lucky to have really good and pleasant staff.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, and they pay attention to the small details, like providing glasses in the bathroom. The location is fantastic, with a view of Canalside and close proximity to a train line. The staff and service are excellent, making you feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as comfortable beds and a tub, are just what you need for a relaxing stay. Plus, they have the option of including breakfast, which is a convenient and delicious choice.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Consistently courteous, polite staff, thanks very much for treating me so well. Glad I took king room, it was stylish and big size. There is lots of excellent food for breakfast. Would be happy to recommend this hotel, I would come here again.
